Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at DripRage LLC. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Below are the details of our shipping policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – $5.99
- Expedited Shipping (2 business days) – $14.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – $24.99
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (excluding taxes and discounts). No promo code is required.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. Territories or international destinations at this time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses. Orders to these addresses will be canceled and refunded.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@driprage.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect shipping times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
